I am an English-speaking business photographer in Munich, working in English with founders and companies, specialising in editorial business portraits, professional headshots and personal branding photography for founders, executives and independent professionals. Depending on what you need, one session can combine professional portraits, website images and photographs of your working environment.
I do not believe in unphotogenic people. I believe in rushed sessions, poor light and no preparation.
Most people tell me they had never had a business portrait they actually wanted to use.

Ten years is a reasonable test
Ten years ago I photographed my own team at Danone. They are still using those pictures. Before photography I spent more than a decade in senior roles at international companies, so I know what it costs to look relaxed on demand - and why most business portraits fail. Executive portraits are photographed the same way: unhurried, and never stiff.
Employee headshots for companies

A business session can also include photographs of the office, workplace and working environment. These images are used alongside portraits on company websites, About pages, recruiting pages and press materials.

I photograph throughout Munich and the surrounding area, including offices in Schwabing, Bogenhausen, Maxvorstadt and the city centre.

Business photography pricing
A business session is 600 euro, shot on location in Munich or in a studio chosen for the light. Team and half-day rates on request. Sessions outside Munich are charged at 1 euro per kilometre for the outward and return journey.
A fully retouched final gallery, selected by me or by you.
Deposit. 50 € holds the date and is deducted from the final invoice.
Timelines. Preview gallery within a week; finished images four to six weeks after the session.
Studio. Rental billed separately at cost, if a studio is used.
Express delivery. Finished images within one week: 150 €.
If you prefer to choose yourself, select up to 60 from the preview gallery. No VAT under § 19 UStG.

How much does a business photoshoot in Munich cost?
A session is 600 euro. Team and half-day rates depend on how many people are photographed and are quoted before the shoot.
Can the session be held in English?
Yes. Sessions and correspondence are in English or Russian, from the first message to the final gallery.
Where are business portraits photographed?
In your office, in a studio chosen for the light, or outdoors in the city.
What should I wear for professional headshots?
What you would actually wear to meet a client. We plan the wardrobe together beforehand.
Can you photograph a whole team?
Yes. Teams are photographed in one visit so that everybody's portraits match in light and treatment.
Can I use the photographs commercially?
Yes. Usage for your website, press and social media is included in business sessions.

Die Bilder dürfen Sie für Website, Presse und Social Media verwenden. Aufnahmeort ist wahlweise Ihr Büro, ein Studio oder ein Ort in der Stadt, der zu Ihrer Arbeit passt.
Preis und Ablauf
Ein Shooting kostet 600 Euro. Innerhalb einer Woche erhalten Sie eine Vorschau-Galerie mit allen gelungenen Aufnahmen, meist 300 bis 500 Bilder. Treffe ich die Auswahl, sind die fertigen Bilder vier Wochen nach dem Shooting da; wählen Sie selbst bis zu 60 Bilder aus, kommen nach Ihrer Auswahl zwei Wochen Retusche hinzu - insgesamt also rund sechs Wochen. Studiomiete wird, falls genutzt, separat zum Selbstkostenpreis abgerechnet. Preise für Teams und Halbtagestermine auf Anfrage. Termine außerhalb Münchens werden mit 1 Euro je Kilometer für Hin- und Rückfahrt berechnet.

Ich arbeite mit internationalen Kundinnen, Kunden und Unternehmen in München. Shootings und persönliche Kommunikation finden auf Englisch oder Russisch statt.
